Honor Band 4 gets a price of Rs 2,599, will be available on Amazon India

he Honor Band 4 finally gets a price tag and sale date after it was announced a few weeks ago alongside the Honor 8C. At the time, Honor only revealed the price of the Honor 8C, but remained quiet about the fitness band. The company has now announced that the Honor Band 4 has been priced at Rs 2,599 and it will be available starting 12pm on Tuesday, December 18 exclusively on Amazon India.

The price of the new Honor Band 4 keeps in line what we had expected. In fact, it is slightly cheaper than the Honor Band 3, which was launched in India at Rs 2,799. The latest fitness tracker from Honor will be competing against the Mi Band 3, which is available a Rs 1,999 on Flipkart.

The Honor Band 4 offers a 0.95-inch AMOLED screen with a 240×120 resolution and a dual-colour strap. The dual-colour design is offered in yellow, blue, green, red and pink. The fitness band comes with improved sleep tracking, water resistance (up to 50 meters) as well as the ability to recognise swim strokes, among other things. It also offer better step tracking as well thanks to a new six-axis sensor and an upgraded running posture algorithm that improves running distance by over 95 per cent.

The Honor Band also comes with a new Foot Mode. This works when you attach the band to the shoe buckle. Foot mode will enable a more accurate reading of your running as it will track the data like foot strike pattern, impact, swing angle step length and so on. The new Honor band promises to deliver 2 weeks of regular use and 21 days standby time on a single charge.
